We believe in being there for our people and providing them with all the facilities and help we can.
•Food is distributed every now and then on all the sites especially on special occassions.
•Blankets are also distributed to every single person on our sites, All this is done by our Management Team itself.
•As we are experiencing the ill-effects of the ongoing pandemic, It has been extremely difficult for the business houses and we have tried our level best to create provisions for our employees to help them get through this difficult time.
•We also provide with subsidised kitchens on on every site we work on.
•Free accomodation and medical facilities are also provided on all the sites.
•With the help of CH.ROSHAN SINGH CHARITABLE TRUST, We have helped upto 100 students in the last 4 years to get the education they desire and in various fields. Upto 20-30 children are given their right to education through Ch.Roshan Singh Charitable Trust in Bathinda every year.
